1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AuraHost services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our services. We may update these terms at any time, and continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Service Description

AuraHost provides web hosting, virtual private server (VPS) hosting, Windows Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP) access, and game server hosting. Service availability, features, and specifications are described on our pricing page and may be updated periodically.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials, all activity under your account, and ensuring your use of our services complies with applicable laws. You must provide accurate registration information and keep it current.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services for: illegal activities, spamming, phishing, distributing malware, cryptocurrency mining without a mining plan, hosting adult content, or any activity that may harm our infrastructure or other customers. We reserve the right to suspend violating accounts.

5. Payment & Refunds

Services are billed in advance on a recurring basis. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new customers. Refunds are not provided for renewals, custom configurations, or accounts terminated for policy violations.

6. Service Level Agreement

We guarantee 99.9% uptime for all hosting services. If we fail to meet this guarantee, you may be eligible for service credits as described in our SLA document.

7. Data & Backups

While we perform regular backups, you are responsible for maintaining your own backups. AuraHost is not liable for data loss. We recommend keeping off-site backups of all critical data.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AuraHost shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
